Senior Project Architect/ Design Architect

Seeking a talented Architect with a passion for Residential Architecture and 10-20 years of experience in Custom Residential Architecture.  The ideal candidate would be motivated to grow, learn, lead, and contribute significantly in the direction and success of the firm.

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Manage/ design/ lead projects from initial design meeting through completion of construction.

  • Accountability for project schedules of internal team and external consultants.

  • Accountable for zoning, building code, and technical accuracy of projects.

  • Responsible for all team and project communication.

  • Engage and support Principal in developing prospective clients.

  • Learn ArchiCAD to assist in project development and management.

  • Enhance quality and efficiency of deliverables in all phases of our work.

  • Maintain and enhance a positive work environment in the office and while on construction sites.

Qualifications

  • Passionate about architecture from both an aesthetic and technical perspective.

  • Proven experience in Single Family Residential Architecture.

  • Client centric approach to design.

  • Ability to lead and manage colleagues with a blend of discipline and encouragement.

  • Comfortable working independently and within a complex team environment.

  • Registered or ability to get Registered in 12 months.

  • Professional Degree preferred, or significant relevant experience.
