The AIA Northern Virginia Young Architects Forum (YAF) hosted its fourth annual Mentor Topgolf Event, bringing together mentors, mentees, and industry partners for an evening of networking, friendly competition, and plenty of laughs.

This year’s event welcomed participants from local firms including Jacobs, KGD, Allen Wright Design PLLC, and Little. As always, we invited product representatives to join the fun, and we were thrilled to have The Barger Agency, Stego Industries, Garland Co., and Acoufelt as supporting partners. Their sponsorship helped make the event a great success.

Throughout the evening, small groups of mentors, mentees, and product representatives continually rotated between the bays, giving everyone the opportunity to meet new people, cheer each other on, and take plenty of swings. Whether participants were seasoned golfers or picking up a club for the first time, the focus was on building connections and having fun—and the event delivered on both.

A huge thank you to everyone who attended and helped make the evening such a success. We’re already looking forward to bringing Mentor Golf back next summer for another round of networking, mentorship, and friendly competition.
