The AIA NoVA Young Architect’s Forum (YAF) hosted its second annual Mentor Bowling Event last month at Lucky Strike – Crystal City, and it was a huge success! Despite the cold temperatures and the settling ‘snowcrete’ – we had a great turnout! During the event small groups of mentees, mentors, and product reps rotated through short games over the course of two hours, ensuring that everyone had the chance to meet, chat, and get in plenty of throws. We want to thank our event sponsors, Acoufelt, Stego and Barger Agency for making the event possible and our invaluable mentors from KGD, Allen Wright Design and MTFA for showing up and sharing industry knowledge with our emerging professionals.  We were excited to see both familiar and new faces at this fun evening filled with great bowls, plenty of strikes, amazing food and tons of friendly competition.
