Susy is Co-Founder and Services Director at 4 Ideal Design (4iD), a women- and minority-owned digital practice consulting firm based in Virginia. With over a decade of professional experience and deep expertise in BIM/Revit, Susy has built a career focused on bridging the gap between design and technology. At 4iD, she oversees client relations and develops customized standards and workflows that empower firms to consistently deliver high-quality architecture through optimized digital practice.

A licensed architect in New York and Virginia and NCARB certified, Susy’s commitment extends beyond practice into education and mentorship. She teaches Revit, Enscape, AutoCAD, and hand drawing at the New York School of Interior Design and has led bilingual Revit instruction in English and Spanish. She has also partnered with technical schools to teach construction workers how to read and understand construction drawings in Spanish, fostering access and growth across the industry.

Susy previously served as Co-Chair of AIA Northern Virginia’s Women in Architecture Committee and has presented at the AIA National Conference on Architecture, has been part of the AIANOVA chapter website Taskforce, and is active throughout different chapter events. She holds a Bachelor of Architecture from The Bernard and Anne Spitzer School of Architecture at The City College of New York.
