AIA NoVA Director

Project Architect, MTFA

Elizabeth Parry is an Associate at MTFA in Arlington, Va. She believes in the power of connection, shared experiences, and helping others grow. As an architect, her primary focus has been on educational design, where she is continually driven by the joy and impact her work brings to students and the communities it serves. That same passion for growth and support inspired her involvement with AIA Northern Virginia.

Since becoming a member, Elizabeth has taken on roles that reflect her commitment to mentoring and empowering emerging professionals. For the past two years, she has taught the Project Development & Documentation section of the Chapter’s ARE® Prep Series, sharing both her knowledge and insights from her own licensure journey.

She has also proudly served as co-chair of the Young Architects Forum (YAF) for the last three years, helping create opportunities for young professionals to connect with architects across all levels and project types. From launching the Dinner with the Architect series to organizing community-building events like Mentor Golf, Elizabeth’s focus has always been on curating connections, sparking meaningful conversations, and building bridges that help others thrive.
