Committee on the Environment Monthly Meeting

Add date to your calendar: Download

The Committee on the Environment (COTE) is dedicated to advancing design excellence that responds thoughtfully to the complex relationship between the built and natural environments. Through advocacy, education, and research, COTE works to expand the knowledge base of environmentally responsible design and to embed these principles into everyday architectural practice.

Additionally, the committee fosters dialogue among architects, designers, engineers, and allied professionals, encouraging interdisciplinary collaboration to address pressing environmental challenges such as climate change, ecosystem degradation, and social equity. By highlighting exemplary projects and innovative approaches, COTE strives to empower practitioners to create buildings and communities that are not only functional and beautiful, but also responsible contributors to a healthy, sustainable, and resilient future.

*Please note: The January meeting will be held over TEAMS. If you would like to register, please contact [email protected]. All future COTE meetings will be held over Zoom and registration is available directly on the meeting page.
