Join us for an exclusive tour of the Capital One Headquarters in Tysons, Virginia, a LEED Gold Certified landmark that seamlessly integrates sustainability with high-performance architectural design. This 60,000 SF mixed-use development exemplifies how sustainability strategies can enhance—not compromise—the aesthetic and functional goals of a major corporate headquarters. The project features retail space at the base, multi-level parking, and flexible office space across its striking east and west towers. 

During this one-hour guided tour, participants will gain firsthand insights into how sustainable design strategies—ranging from stormwater management to indoor environmental quality—were thoughtfully woven into the architectural vision. The tour will include a 15-minute exterior overview followed by a 45-minute interior walkthrough, showcasing key design elements that contribute to energy efficiency, occupant well-being, and environmental responsibility. This event is a must for architects looking to deepen their understanding of how innovative sustainability solutions can elevate both design and performance in large-scale commercial projects. 

Following the tour, there will be a happy hour mixer from 4:15 to 6:00 pm at Starr Hill Tysons Biergarten.
