Every year our Honors & Nominations committee seeks to acknowledge members and organizations in one of our six categories: Award of Honor, Outstanding Achievement, Distinguished Leadership, Service to the Chapter and AIA Northern Virginia Chapter Award, as well as suggestions toward our Craftsmanship Award. All selected candidates will be celebrated at our Autumn Social in Fairfax, VA, this October.  We don’t need much, just a name and a few sentences about your nominee.  If we have questions, we’ll reach out to the nominator for additional information in advance of our jury discussions.  Head over to our Honors & Nominations Committee page for more information on how to submit those deserving candidates’ names.

We are currently in the process of selecting our 2024 Jury / Committee members and would like to add a few At-Large members from our general membership.  If you are interested in participating, please reach out via email. Lastly, our team is looking for a new artist to assist in curating a new design for our award recipients.
