Rebecca Pantschyschak is an Associate at ZGF Architects in Washington, DC. Originally from southeastern Virginia, Rebecca received a Bachelor of Architecture from Virginia Tech and has resided in Arlington and Fairfax for five years and has been a member of AIA Northern Virginia for two years. She has experience in various project types including multifamilly, mixed-use, and office, with a passion for leadership, organization, design, and documentation. Rebecca is also active in her local community and enjoys spending time at home with her husband and cat.

Anna earned her Bachelor of Science in Architectural Studies from The Florida Agricultural & Mechanical University and a Masters in Architecture from The Virginia Polytechnical Institute.

She is Senior Project Manager at Beyer Blinder Belle in Washington, DC. She has worked on complex projects, focused on design, documentation, and construction for multi-family residential, commercial, and public space projects in the metropolitan DC area.

She is an active member of the AIA Northern Virginia, serving on the Board of Directors in 2008, a past chair of the Young Architects Forum and organizer of the ARE Prep series since 2007. She is a scholar from the 2011 Virginia Emerging Leaders in Architecture class and the 2016 Christopher Kelly Leadership Development Program.

Katie Selis is a licensed architect at Studio 27 Architecture in Washington DC with ten years of experience. She received her undergraduate education at the University of Virginia and obtained her Master’s degree from UC Berkeley. Katie possesses a broad range of project experience in multi-family residential, K-12 institutional, commercial interiors, urban adaptive reuse, and affordable and supportive housing markets. Katie became an active member of the WIA Committee in 2018 and is also a member of the AIA|DC Emerging Architects Committee and Christopher Kelley Leadership Development Program Advisory Committee in addition to being a 2018 scholar of the program. As a Co-Chair of WIA, Katie strives to expand the committee’s outreach and collaborative efforts to engage more women architects in the DC and Maryland regions in addition to Virginia.

Rebecca has brought her excellent design, problem-solving and leadership talents to a variety of project types, including multi-family mixed-use, government, retail, renovation, office, commercial interiors, hospitality & various master planning efforts. From her extensive experience in Revit, she has implemented Revit standards for quality control and Revit proficiency, firm-wide. When she’s not doing what she loves, she enjoys her time with who she loves: her husband and 2 kids.

April is a licensed architect with over 10 years of experience in commercial and educational facilities. She joined the WIA Committee in 2013, prior to receiving her license. Recently, April has joined forces with local Girl Scout Troops in order to introduce architecture to girls age 7-10. Her goal is to create programs for girls up to age 15/16.
