City of Alexandria Presents a Forum on Green Building Practices
Posted Wednesday, February 13

In association with the City of Alexandria Green Building Policy update, the City of Alexandria is holding a public education event to promote discussion of green building practices. The forum, which will include a presentation and panel discussion, is intended to encourage local builders, developers, designers, and residents to explore the complexities and challenges of the green building development and design review process and to engage in a constructive community dialogue about the ways that future public and private and small-scale residential properties can incorporate the basic principles of green building design.

Community members will have the option of attending in person or participating online through a LiveStream link posted on the project web page. An event agenda, speaker and panelist bios, as well as information about the City’s Green Building Policy Update will be available on the City’s website.

February 28, 6:30-8:00p, at Alexandria Renew Enterprises, 6th Floor, Ed Semonian Board Room, 1800 Limerick Street, Alexandria, VA 22314.
