UVA School of Architecture Features a Lecture by Kate Orff

The University of Virginia School of Architecture is offering a lecture by Kate Orff, founder of SCAPE, MacArthur Fellow and UVA alumna, on October 12.

Orff focuses on retooling the practice of landscape architecture relative to the uncertainty of climate change and the fostering of social life. She has explored this through publications, activism, research and projects. She is known for leading complex, creative, and collaborative work processes that advance broad environmental and social prerogatives.
