Theodore Roosevelt Island Cultural Landscape Report and Environmental Assessment Release

The public is invited to review and comment on the Cultural Landscape Report/Environmental Assessment and Assessment of Effect (CLR/EA) for Theodore Roosevelt Island, a park site administered by the George Washington Memorial Parkway, in Washington, DC and Rosslyn, Virginia.

The National Park Service (NPS) seeks to ensure that the planning process properly considers the significance of the cultural landscape and historical features of these sites so that the historical context may be preserved while promoting a better visitor experience.

The NPS is accepting comments through May 3, 2018. The CLR/EA is available for download and comments can be submitted online HERE.
