Dutch Complex Housing – Density and Mixed Use on March 14

Please join us for a lecture by Dr. Julia Williams Robinson, FAIA, a Professor of Architecture at the University of Minnesota, comparing creative approaches to housing between the US and the Netherlands. Based on research for her new book, Complex Housing: Designing for Density, Dr. Robinson will focus on innovations and approaches in Dutch architectural design to serve diverse housing populations in urban areas.

This lecture, jointly sponsored by the Washington-Alexandria Architecture Center of Virginia Tech and AIA Northern Virginia, will take place at the WAAC campus in Alexandria on March 14. Reservations are available here.
