MW Architecture LLC is seeking a part time administrative assistant at a busy architectural firm. Experience preferred, but specific to Architectural firms not required.

MW Architects LLC is a small but growing architectural firm located in the Town of Herndon. We work on residential and commercial projects including insurance restoration projects.

Job type: part-time Pay: Hourly (depending on experience) Schedule: Monday – Thursday 9am – 2pm Note: This is an in-person position and not virtual. Please send resume and be prepared to provide 2 references to michaelw@mwarchitects.com.

Job Responsibilities include: Filing Scheduling Accounting: Making sure new jobs are entered in QuickBooks and old jobs are closed out in the accounting system Invoice jobs per the Architects approval and guidance Coordinate Timesheets Input Job estimates at the direction of the Architect or PM Open mail and making sure bills are forwarded to owner for approval and input into QB for payment Prepare new employee packages at the direction of the owner Interact with vendors as directed Microsoft applications including buy not limited to: Word, Excel, Outlook Willingness to take on many roles, and if you have interest or knowledge of permit running/submission that will be a plus. Strong Organizational skills and the ability to multitask In addition to typing and computer skills, you should have the organizational skills to track architectural project budgets in QuickBooks or equivalent.
