Serves as a Senior Interior Designer in the Space and Interiors Division. Responsible for planning, design, and review of new and/or extension, conversion or modernization of existing interiors of NGA core sites. Perform services relative to interior spaces including programming, design analysis, space planning and aesthetics. Possesses specialized knowledge of interior construction, building systems and components, building codes, equipment, materials, and furnishings. Works with customers daily to provide expert advice on interior design principles for such diverse projects as large administrative offices, dining areas, fitness center, exhibition displays, and medical area. Supports efforts to standardize/refresh furniture across the footprint and make final decision on future furniture procurements.

Major study -- interior design or other field that included passage of the National Council for Interior Design Qualification (NCIDQ) examination; proficiency with graphics software systems including: Adobe Photoshop, InDesign, SketchUp, and REVIT.
