MTFA’s mission is to positively shape culture, commerce, and people’s lives through innovative design solutions for the built environment. MTFA’s market strengths include: education, culture, commercial, multi-family, government, religious, and historic preservation related projects. Essential credentials include:

- Architecture degree with 8 to 15 years of experience

- Project manager with experience working with Federal Government clients

- Eligible for Government security clearance

- Design sensibilities and management skills

- Client and teaming relationship skills

- Experience reviewing and editing specifications

- Proficiency and experience navigating Revit

- Strong communications and organizational skills

- Collaborative personality to bring out the best in team situations

- Project coordination skills

- U.S. Citizen
