Provides the participant with an introduction to asbestos-containing materials and lead-based paint and what issues may arise during renovations. The following general questions will be answered: what is asbestos and lead-based paint? What are the federal regulations governing asbestos and lead-based paint? What can I do if asbestos or lead-based paint is present on a project I am working on?
