WIA Lecture Series: AIA Guides for Equitable Practice

Women in Architecture is pleased to partner with Beyer Blinder Belle to host a series of panel discussions on what firms are currently doing to be more Equitable, Diverse and Inclusive and how we can improve our current practices. This is the third and final event of the series.

The Guides for Equitable Practice were developed by the AIA’s Architects’ Equity and the Future of Architecture Committee (EQFA) in partnership with the University of Washington and the University of Minnesota. The publication shares relevant research, tools, and best practices to address employment and personnel issues about equity, diversity, and inclusion.

The discussion features panelists who contributed to the AIA Guides for Equitable Practice:
