Women in Architecture is pleased to partner with Beyer Blinder Belle to host a series of panel discussions on what firms are currently doing to be more Equitable, Diverse and Inclusive and how we can improve our current practices.

This session features a presentation on the AIA Guides for Equitable Practice, produced in partnership with the University of Washington, the University of Minnesota, and the AIA’s Equity and the Future of Architecture Committee (EQFA). These Guides are a vital part of AIA’s long-term commitment to lead efforts to ensure the profession of architecture is as diverse as the nation it serves. Contributors to this publication will review both the development process and the key elements from the Guide.
