Organized by the Young Architects Forum and the DC Virtual Reality Meetup Group, this event will focus on Virtual Reality technologies for architecture and feature demonstrations by various developers within the community.

The event will feature three presentations followed by demos by various developers within the community:

• MG2: Introducing the BIM revolution in Architecture, Revit plugins (Enscape, Iris, Cl3ver, Live), game engine integration and the process for creating VR walk-throughs.

• Illustrate My Design: Benefits of using VR, including better client and consultant communication, better design through being able to experience the project as an end-user and more thorough QA/QC of BIM models.

• Matterport: VR during site documentation and site analysis using 3D scanning and point clouds.
