Winners will be notified on or before July 15 and awards will be presented during the annual Design Awards Celebration in September (exact date TBD).

One certificate will be provided to the winning architect. Additional award certificates can be ordered at $50 each by contacting AIA NoVA Chapter Staff by August 5, 2022.

Winning entrants are required to provide a project board to CannonDesign, 1560 Wilson Blvd STE 200, Arlington, VA 22209 by 4:30p, August 31, 2022, for use in promotions related to the Awards Program.

Project Board Requirements:

• One 24” x 24” panel, illustrating the winning entry.
• It must be matte black, one-half inch thick, Gator Board.
• It must include a “Project Title Area” across the top, 2”-3.5” deep, that incorporates the name of the project, project location (city and state) and the firm name. The text must be white lettering on a black background, all capital letters and centered on the board.
• Photographers’ credit(s) must be included on the board.
• It must also include the AIA Northern Virginia logo which will be provided via email.
• The AIA NoVA Chapter shall retain the panel for three years, after which the entrant may reclaim it.
