"This project really demonstrates the ability to take a very simple existing tract home with minimal dollars and really expand upon it and become a very welcoming home. It is a place that is very transparent within the inside, the heart of the courtyard. Really wonderful use of materials and definitely a place I can see myself hanging out in."
