And I think what makes it of particular note is that this is a residential use on, really, what's a medical-type campus. And normally in those situations, you see the housing as being kind of an afterthought, housing that's maybe adjacent to hospitals or whatever. But here, the housing is just done in such an extraordinarily strong way that it in my mind, it's an Award of Excellence winner." |
